We move fast. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume seasons or drops, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days — we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number automatically.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or local postal services.

  • Weight of your order

  • Destination

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is heading your way, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
If your tracking doesn’t update within 48–72 hours, don’t panic — carriers sometimes take a moment to sync.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We ship with trusted carriers, but once a package is marked “Delivered,” it’s considered completed.
If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Contact the carrier first

  • Then reach out to us, and we’ll help however we can

Optional tip for Shopify: Offer "Route Package Protection" or similar for customers who want guaranteed coverage.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If you enter an incorrect address and the order ships out, we can’t reroute it.
If it comes back to us, we can resend it — but new shipping charges will apply.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
These fees vary by country and are out of our control.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If you purchase a pre-order item, your entire order ships once everything is ready.
Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

During November–January and major product drops, shipping and processing times may experience delays due to carrier volume.
